About TCO

The Claus Organization (TCO) commenced in 2013 to serve as a beacon of hope for the people of Africa and the world. 

Unemployment continues to rise exponentially every day. Governments are playing their part to no effect and this situation has sparked the birth of many small enterprises in Ghana. People are doing their own small business to survive. Some of these businesses have no direction and some owners don't have plans to make it bigger. Another group of people are sitting home without doing anything for themselves; some also are been exploited because of their situation.

The unemployment has metamorphosed to different levels. What we seek to do is to help these people by providing them with relevant knowledge, networks and resources among others to develop their ventures to become the business of their dreams.

The ideas could be on any kind from music, selling of food, cosmetics, mobile phones, graphic designing, computer repairs etc.

CONFERENCES

TCO runs its conferences through its brand LIFE SUMMIT. The LIFE SUMMIT promotes two functions; Business Development and Spiritual empowerment. 

Business Development; LS focuses on helping the youth in developing their ventures. Therefore, there is a lot of motivation, wisdom training and support to all those who have ideas and want to start something on their own whether they have a job or not.

Spiritual Empowerment; the conference is also motivates the youth to commit themselves to God. Scripture says, ‘what do I have that I did not receive’. The creator is the only one who can give us what we need.  Therefore, our focus is also on trusting the Lord to help us succeed in our businesses.

The Message

Everybody wants to be great. We were created in the image of God and we have great destinies. If we can listen to Jesus’s words in Matthew, ‘and whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant’ (20:27-29) our business and life is going to change for the better.

You will be taught that ‘People are the most important’ and ‘you need to serve them’.

This message runs through all our conferences.
