GROWTH IN NUMBERS; WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO AGREE TO DISAGREE

Lets come to a compromise
I believe one of the most important things in life is numbers when it comes to relationships. For that matter numerous people in what you are doing is the life blood of every business, church or organization.
One of the most important things to have in order to see huge numbers of people is your people skills.
In these days, the really successful people are going to be those who are able to mix with all manner of people. People who have good relational skills have clout. The test for your relational skills is your ability to keep friendship and get the 120 percent out of them. Look at your business, the number of people who have come and left, how many were you able to keep?

If you are not able to walk with people for long or you don’t know how to connect to new people or you have people grow cold on you (redraw their cooperation making friendship less beneficial) then you have a big problem on your hands.

Nothing on this planet was made to exist alone. If you are a loner then your success will be minimal. Look at it this way; it is not those with the best talents but people with the best relational skills that rule the day. Looking at politicians for example, most times the flag bearers are not the best. There could be people who are more gifted and talented but the vocal ones always get in front of them.

One way of keeping people and getting the best out of them is compromise; agree to disagree. Some people are so stiff that they want everybody to be like them. If you don’t act or live like them you become their enemy or they manipulate you to conform to their way of life. Let people be. When somebody suggests something, at least if you can’t take some of the advice; people love respect. Learn to appreciate people for who they are. For all you know, you may be wrong in some place that you don’t know.

Gifting may falter in a person’s endeavor, but the disability in a person’s relational skills is tantamount to disaster; whatever you are doing there is no future for you, it’s a matter of time you will fold up.
